Papers must be original material, not currently be under review, and not have been previously published by another conference or journal. They must be written in English. They must follow the IEEE two-column document style, limited to 6-8 US Letter size pages, with a main text font size of no less than 10pt.

Paper submissions must be in PDF format. To submit your paper, please go to the JEMS system at: https://jems.sbc.org.br/noms2008_acnm2008.
